Outreach Collaborative
The Collaborative brings together a wide range of organizational partners from different sectors and interests, from across the state that share in the goal of increasing awareness, understanding, and usage of paid leave in NJ.
The Collaborative works together and with representatives from the Department of Labor to increase awareness of paid leave and to ensure that information regarding the program reaches our state’s most marginalized workers. Outreach planning will have an inclusive lens and focus on accessibility for those hardest to reach with consideration of multilingual and easy to understand literature, as well as innovative and unique methods of communicating information. Polling and other research findings will be reviewed to understand the gaps in awareness and to help target efforts to those most likely to be unaware of the program.
